Browns Wood
Browns Wood is located opposite the Twinwoods airfield in Clapham and has been about since the middle of the 18th century.
It is about 20 acres in size and is predominantly Beech and Hornbeam, with some Ash and Oak.
An extension to the wood was planted as part of a millennium project. This has been planted with a similar mix of trees and a woodland glade has been left to encourage some woodland flowers to grow.
